1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan and you\'re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@snipinsta.app and include:
- The email address used for purchase/account.
- The date of purchase and the plan name (if known).
- Any receipt/invoice or transaction reference (if available).
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. If you\'re within the refund window described above, you may request a refund.
5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
