1. Refund Requests After Paid Checkout

Snipinsta offers a free trial on eligible paid plans when payment methods are active so customers can evaluate features before paying. Refund requests for completed paid checkouts are reviewed case-by-case under this policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@snipinsta.app and include:

  • The email address used for purchase/account.
  • The date of purchase and the plan name (if known).
  • Any receipt/invoice or transaction reference (if available).
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges that were already processed.

5. Free 7-Day Trial Terms

When payment methods are active, eligible users may see a one-time 7-day free trial option on paid plans.

  • No paid charge is collected during the free trial period.
  • The free trial is the recommended way to evaluate a plan before starting any paid checkout.
  • If you cancel before trial conversion to paid billing, no paid refund is required.
  • Once a paid subscription charge is processed after a clear checkout confirmation, refund requests are reviewed under this policy and may be declined for simple change-of-mind cases.

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We may decline refund requests where we detect fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
