1) Introduction

Welcome to Snipinsta. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. Some features may require optional accounts; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates any law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service (e.g., abuse, scraping at scale, or automated requests beyond normal use).
• Do not reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical measures protecting the Service.

4) Your Content & Processing

You retain all rights to content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Snipinsta a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely for providing the Service you request (e.g., convert, resize, compress). We do not claim ownership of your files.

Privacy note: Most operations run in your browser. For large or unsupported cases, a backend processor may be used; files are processed transiently and not stored longer than necessary to deliver your downloads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5) Intellectual Property

The Service (including code, design, trademarks, and logos) is protected by intellectual-property laws and is owned by Snipinsta or its licensors. Using the Service does not grant you any rights to our IP except as necessary to use the tools as intended.

6) Service Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party libraries or CDNs. Their use is subject to those providers’ terms and policies. Snipinsta is not responsible for third-party services.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snipinsta and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Snipinsta harmless from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for suspected abuse or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
